Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened healthcare products
- Used products
- Clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the item.
